It is a highly effective eco-friendly alternative to plastic bags and shrinks wrap that will result in cutting out over 80% of the single-use plastic waste coming out of your kitchen.
Egypt is known to be the source of the world’s best cotton, and we use the best of what the market has to offer of natural local material to decrease the carbon footprint of our product.
Also, it is important to note that Beeswax wraps initially started in Egypt! The Ancient Egyptians were the first to use it to protect their food since beeswax is a natural anti-fungal and anti-bacterial material.
Our wraps have been tested and approved through an international certification body specialized in F&B health measures against:
- E-Coli
- Staphylococcus
- Listeria
- Salmonella
Bee’e wraps are reusable for over a year if used properly. After a year the wax layer would have slimmed and the cotton fabric remains and safely biodegrades after disposal.
Should the user not use the wrap as often, it will still be there whenever they need it since it has no expiry date.
